They showed up four hours late and.the equipment was not working properly, plus he didn't have the number of heaters to treat the house. He almost blew my house up when the flame on one of the heaters went out and gas was pouring into the house. He had left for two hours, but fortunately I went in to check on the progress and quickly turned off the gas. Later, he rented a heater and started heating the house room by room. Not effective. He said he was chasing the bugs. What? and to where? The cold rooms downstairs? Then they used 'over the counter' hot shot foggers, which are known to be ineffective. I question whether this is a licensed company. I have called at least ten times and left messages that they bugs still live at my house. I had one return call from an assistant who left a message saying he was on a family emergency. I called several more times, including the cell phone given by the assistant, which is not in service. Terrible experience and I'm still fighting bugs.
