Making the appointment was very quick. They were able to come clean the carpets within a week of calling. The only draw-back was due to unforeseeable circumstances (many employees calling in sick that day), they were 6 hours late from the scheduled time. Whenever I called to check on the estimated arrival time, they did answer the phone, which was good, but gave me pacifying time estimates, which was frustrating.
The service technician was very professional and apologized profusely for the delay, and the overall service was to our satisfaction. I believe, if we were not to rip out our carpets this summer, we would give them another shot and use them again. They have been in business in this area for far too long with really no complaints to not give them the benefit of the doubt.
