Can't say enough good things about Torry and his crew at Area Best Heating and Cooling. They finished a furnace installation for my family this summer and they did an exceptional job. Going an extra mile, every step of the way. Despite being busy, Torry managed to quickly fit us in and come up with a plan to get the job done. Fabricating components and quickly finding essential parts. Both he and his crew were very helpful. From communication to timeliness and quality to cost. They did an amazing job! Allowing me to complete my inspections on time. Not to mention a heating system that works and looks great. Thanks Torry!

they made me a leaky metal box...
its hacked up and reassembled... looks like something my toddler would bring home from school (minus the macaroni)
they "re-did" this several times... each time hacking up and riveting even more.
neglected important design features like access to oil cooler fittings, they were boxed in entirely. they also blocked the fan which restricts airflow.
aside from the abysmal design and craftsmanship, the customer service was also horrible.
the cost was twice the estimated price and they refused to accept a check or credit card, insisting up cash. could they be laundering money? or doing something else illegal?
When i express my wife's dissatisfaction, an employee made some rather misogynistic comments. I just dont think we can allow such bigoted behavior in this century,

They were very polite, and conscience of what they did. It was just a great experience!
