ANGELA'S FLOWERS

Was told would refund to credit card but it NEVER happened. She FLAT lied about the arrangement, the quality, and the "settlement."

The flowers were fading the very next deay and mostly gone by the 3rd day (a couple were still pretty). When I called to discuss them; I was told to bring them in. I did so. She said (at least pretended) there was someone listening on her cell phone and “shame on you for being such a horrid customer,” and called me a b****, but did offer a “$35” boquet (some flowers STUFFED in a plain vase). Since I’m sure they would have been dead before I left the store, I told her I wanted a credit (for $35) to my credit card instead. She agreed (said OK) & again called me a b**** & actually “flipped me off” as I was getting in my car. She insisted on keeping both boquets. There has been NO credit to my credit card. I believe she “takes advantage” of out-of-town calls/travelers although I later notice the on-line comments are all far less than positive (horrid). One in-town wedding says the flowers were wilted before the wedding was over. Also note there are several different addresses listed on-line & don’t believe any are where she is currently located. The telephone # is the same for all addresses. The experience sure ruined the “surprise”/nice gesture it was intended to be.
