When I called him, he was on the road and he was going back home after another job. He immediately turned around, came back over and helped me get it shut off and took a look at what was needed to be done. He was the first plumber to suggest me that he could help me get a replacement because my hot water heater was still under warranty. He was able to get me a brand new hot water heater within a week. He was very helpful. He not only completely fixed all of the repairs and got the water heater installed very quickly and efficiently, but he also managed to find three very dangerous gas leaks. He is on my local hero list.
