+ -1 moreWe purchased a flooring that has proven defective within 30 days of installation. The flooring sold to us was inappropriate for the dry environment for which it was purchased. The result is a floor that is curling and shrinking and now needs to be replaced. Despite a 30-year guarantee the company has failed to stand behind its product. I would have awarded zero stars if the system permitted it.
Description of Work: The provider sold us flooring that was entirely inappropriate for the climate in which it was installed, and he was very aware at the time of the sale of the conditions that needed to be met.
