It looks like they have beautiful work.  

We were in a great hurry to get the front door done so we wouldn't be without a door, so Frank did the job in 48 hrs. total but the polyurathane did not stick because the wood did not have a chance to dry. Frank took the door back to completely refinish it and removed the stain because we thought it would look better as natural wood. I appreciate the fact that he made the effort to completely refinish the door to make it perfect!  He did all this work for no additional charge and drove from Boulder to Denver to do it.

I contacted The Finishing Touch furniture repair. I spoke with Mr Frank Bobko the owner. He came out and inspected the recliner.He told me that he also felt the frame was bent or loose. He said he would see if he could get a new frame from Ethan Allen.He called me a few days later and said that he can get a new frame and it would be no problem installing it. 
A couple weeks later Frank came out to the house with the new frame and installed. The recliner works just GREAT. It is very smooth in operation and think better than new. 
Frank was great. He is very polite and extremely professional. He did everything he said he would do. At a very reasonable price.
I would not hesitate at all to use Frank and his company The Finishing Touch in the future. A very very nice man.
