About us

We are a family owned and operated business. We repair or install air conditioners, water heaters and furnaces. We always offer free estimates! Over 25 years working in the HVAC industry, Tony's father started an air conditioning and heating company when Tony was young and that was the start of him knowing what career path to take. Kim (Tony's wife) will answer your call and schedule your appointment. We believe in a small town feel approach to business, with the owners being the ones you talk to so you get a personal touch approach!

I didn’t think old fashioned customer service existed any longer, but that isn’t the case with SRT HVAC. From initial call to repair, the responsiveness was second to none. Tony was able to get our furnace working again while he ordered a needed part. He called after his visit to say that he had found that the part wasn’t in stock, but he would have it the very next day and then come back and complete the repair. As promised, the repair was completed and we have confidence that everything is working as it should. This wasn’t our first dealing with HRT, we had called them previously for what turned out to be a wall thermostat problem. Tony fixed the problem and wouldn’t even charge for a service call as he said the issue was minor. It is absolutely a rare experience to be treated as a valuable customer no matter how small or large the job. Kim and Tony excel at making every customer feel valued and that your issue is important,

Tony (Technician) and Kim (Office Mgr.) are awesome! Professional, prompt, courteous, reasonable prices, etc.. Called 3 hvac companies and SRT had the best price and got out to us pretty quickly. Tony does quality work! I worked with Tony to help get the job done quickly and asked questions along the way, which he was very kind to answer. Will definitely go back to SRT for future HVAC needs! I also had Tony back out a couple months later for an urgent A/C Recharge on those 100 degree days and he squeezed us in. Received the same great customer service and support! Thank You
