Do not hire this company. They are not a honest , customer satisfying company. It was explained to me that the first visit to eliminate the yellow jacket nest would cost $144.00 with a free 4 week follow up to spray again. Then follow with a quarterly visit for $114.99.They came for the 4 week follow up spray but charged my account $114.99. I only discovered the charge when checking my bank account. I called the company and they told me that the 4 week follow up was actually the start of the first quarter. So I was charged a total of $258.99 in a 4 week period for yellow jacket removal. They refuse to credit my account for the quarterly charge. I have spoken with Jared who is a "customer service specialist" who has refused to refund me saying that this was explained to me. I never would have agreed to a service billing of $ 258.99 for 2 sprays in a 4 week period. This was my first time using home advisor for a reference and will be sceptical to again. I continue to ask for a refund and have had several conversations with Jared who keeps playing on words. Bottom line, a very misleading and dishonest company.

it is somewhat important to be aware of the location of the traps and be able to call when they have been sprung and perhaps sometimes remind tech as to where they are. Overall, service has been very good

Edge Pest Control was very responsive. They came out to inspect a scratching noise we heard in the ceiling. Edge identified some siding that had come off the house allow squirrels to enter our attic. We had the siding repaired and have had no issues since.

Edge had great customer service on the phone while scheduling them. They were able to come to my home the next day to address the problem and arrived within the time frame they said they would. They took care of the problem with the first visit. However, I am upset that I had to agree to a contract for a year, when the problem has been taken care of with one visit. I now have to pay $89 for 12 follow-up services to check the mouse traps every 5 weeks. Not worth it. I guess if I truly had an infestation rather than the minimal problem I do have, maybe I'd appreciate the follow-ups. It's just too bad that I had to commit to such an expensive service, when they really won't be doing anything for the next 11 visits since the problem is under control. It's my mistake for committing to the service, they were upfront about it. I guess I just panicked since I wanted the mouse gone. Be careful what you sign up for!

Edge was very responsive to my urgent need to exterminate a nest of yellowjackets living near my back door. They sent an exterminator out the same afternoon I called them, and when the wasps (tough little buggers!) showed signs of not being all knocked out, they sent someone back two weeks later for a second (free) treatment. Although it remains to be seen if they got the nest completely (it's in a difficult location under a concrete slab), I feel good that I have Edge on my side to manage these insects.

They really came through for me. But, they also forced me into a 2 year contract for future service. The price was fine, how ever the 2 year service, and the followup services have not left me with a great feeling.

I called this company specifically because they were open on Saturday and I wanted a mouse issue taken care of. I called them before noon and they said they would be by between 1 and 5pm. I changed plans I had for the day so I could be home. While I was on the phone with them, they also told me they would include spraying for spiders. Anyway, I did not hear anything by 4pm so I called to ask if anyone was coming. They told me the technician's sprayer broke and he was supposed to call and let me know. i told them I did not need a sprayer to work, as I wanted them to address mice, which required setting traps. i asked that they come Saturday to do that at least. After saying they would reach out to the technician, they called back and said the technician had already gone home for they day. I will be calling someone else to take care of my issue.
