It went great and we would definitely hire him again! Our house is 22 years old and many things need to be be replaced. Patrick replaced one faucet valve on a two handle faucet and charged $189. When he turned on the water, he thought the pressure was high and when tested it was 90 to 100. I think this might explain why our faucets are failing frequently. That charge was $400. He also flushed our water heater and gave us a discount. I called him back a day later because the outside house faucet suddenly was leaking quite a bit. That charge was $346 as he put in an entire new kit instead of a rebuilt kit or a partial kit. These other options were offered and would have been a cheaper fix. He also had a cheaper option for the pressure reducing valve, but we opted for a new device. I thought his prices reasonable. he gave us multiple discounts and did not pressure us at all and explained in detail his work. Patrick worked hard and fast and I am confident he did an excellent job. He was interested in us being pleased with his work. I also felt he was honest and looking after our best interests and that means a lot.

We hired them to do several jobs on a rental house in Longmont and they did each one well. Some of these were small things like replacing a water valve. There were also several big jobs. They plumbed a new laundry room and a new bathroom. The most recent job was to replace about 46 feet of clay sewer line, that was perpetually getting clogged, with PVC line. The new line works well.

Great! Service quality was excellent. He charged $175 for the visit and anything else he needed to do in that time. I asked him if that was competitive and he said, the big companies will charge you $99, but that's not what they walk out of there with. He said, I charge more, but I'll most likely get it done in that time frame regardless of what the work is. I appreciated that. Rooter 66 gets all A's for a reason.

I cannot recommend Patrick high enough! He was extremely professional. He answered my call right away and we discussed the problem I had. He was patient while l tried to describe it and reviewed the videos and pictures I texted him. He provided a clear quote and day/time he was going to come to help me. On the day of the service he called me to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and gloves (COVID-19 precautions). Before getting inside the house he put on disposable booties to cover his shoes. We discussed the ways to approach the project, we had to make a hole in the wall and we wanted to make sure it was in the correct place. Patrick saved my 20 yr old Delta Monitor shower valve by getting a stuck screw out and putting a new cartridge. A new valve costs around $900 plus. Only had to pay $200 and $65 for cartridge.

Patrick was excellent from the beginning. He texted to make sure we knew he was on the way, and even arrived early. Patrick looked at everything and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do before giving us a quote and getting down to work. As he worked, he was friendly and professional and also cleaned up as he went along and when he was done, which was greatly appreciated. He replaced the toilet wax ring and supply line and tightened up all the bolts when replacing before re-caulking around the toilet and going back down to the crawl space to test and making sure it wasn't leaking anymore. He turned the garage disposal motor and tightened up all the bolts, and tightened up the bolts on the leaky shower faucet and suggested we replace the cartridge. We'd recently bought the house; the basement bathroom's toilet and shower drain displayed disturbing characteristics not apparent during the inspection. Patrick confirmed our suspicion that the cheap toilet wasn't sufficient, and installed a much better one, same visit, at a fair price. His line scoping discovered irregularities in the toilet's sub-floor routing and positioning vis-a-vis main stack. He advised us to see how things went, rather than dive into expensive speculative work. A couple of months later a symptom reappeared during the evening, and Patrick came out immediately to address it. He’s patient, explains what he’s doing, and takes good care moving his equipment through the house. Patrick also has a fine sense of humor—a welcome attribute in his profession. Very positive experience to work with him. I can trust him and let him work on any future plumbing issues. A serious leaking problem that was under the kitchen sink in between the dry wall and the floor. The leaking was going very slow and was not very obvious. The dripping came from time to time and has bothered me for a long time. We hired at least a couple other plumbers/handy mans to check out the issue in the past couple years. None of them could tell me what went wrong nor could identify the cause, even thou they have opened the drywall. The leaking went down to the basement ceiling and penetrated thru the drywall and the basement ceiling, along the window, and down to the hardwood floor. I could see some water damages on the drywall and the basement floor. I thought the fix could easily cost me more a thousand dollars after interviewing a couple other plumbers from those big name companies. And they were not even sure if they can fix it after open holes on the drywall, kitchen cabinet, and the finished basement ceiling. Thanks God I found Patrick name on the Angie's List. After he came in, with in 3 minutes, he was able to identify the real root of cause and fixed it in a exceptional excellent way in a fairly short amount of time. He opened the vent under the kitchen cabinet and we saw where the potential leaking came from. That was the spot that myself and other professional plumbers all ignored, but Patrick experience reminded him he has dealt this kind of problem many times before. We never thought the problem could be from a 45 degree pipe under the cabinet floor that was not well connected to another pipe which is half way berried in the drywall. It was loose and was not connected well at the first place. Then he nicely opened a square hole on the back of the kitchen cabinet under the sink, and yes, he identified the leaking spot and fixed it right away. He also identified another leaking issue on the garbage disposal that we did not notice. He pointed to me to leaking spot, uninstalled the disposal unit, and showed me why and how it leaked. All the leaking problems were fixed in one shot. I now have a peaceful mind and will not worry about it again. He also provided one year warranty for all his work. The price he charged was very reasonable. Actually his initial quote was even lower than other plumbers best offer. After he opened that small hole in cabinet and identified the real cause, he said the cost was a lot less than we expected earlier. I really appreciate his honesty. In addition, he honored his on-line coupon from the Angie's List, so I got another 5% off from his already-reasonable price. I was so impressed with his experience, professionalism, performance, and honesty. That was way beyond my expectation based on my past experiences with other plumbers. I will definitely hire him again if I ran into any plumbing issues in the future. Unfortunately, "A" is the best I could rank him in the Angie's List. He is well deserved "A++" for my review!!
