Overpriced and inconsistent. The technician said he would come back for a proper cleaning of the sensor but never followed up. The receptionist was rude when I call back about the follow-up.

They came in and they were quick. It was opening day of football season. They sent six guys in so that they could get done in time to watch the game. Three trucks showed up at my place. They got it installed quick and efficient. I didn't have any issues with them. I don't have a basis to compare the pricing, but I think it was a good price for what I got. I did negotiate with them and they knocked off $2500 off. This was in September and made the mistake of telling me it was his slowest month, so that helped. They are a Lennox distributor and a very large company.

We called Northglenn Heating today because our furnace was broken. The receptionist was very nice and made an appointment for this afternoon between 3-5. Great! The tech called right before 1pm and said he was running early and would be right there if that worked for us. Of course!! He got here by 1:15. Went to the basement. Pulled a tube and found sediment in the tube. He used a small screwdriver to remove the debris and furnace was working. He was done by 1:25. When I called in the morning, I was told the service charge is $80 and if any repair work was done, $20 would be taken off that fee. When the tech was working on the furnace, no other charges were discussed. After ten minutes, he went to his van to write up the bill. He came back with a $157 bill!!!! We called the office after the tech left and was told that we are paying for his knowledge and his time. She said that the tech advised us prior to him doing the repair what the costs would be. That is not true because I would have simply used my own screwdriver to remove the debris and saved $100!!! It was good that the tech found the source of the problem but I feel taken advantage of. I won't use them again.

I have used the services of this company twice. The first time, while the technician arrived two hours late, was reasonable in all other regards. And the technician himself was fantastic.
The second time, they told me my work would be done from 3 to 5. At 2:40 - well after I'd had to leave work to get home by the 3:00 mark - they called and said he'd be late. And again at 5. And again at 5:30, at which point she offered to repeat the whole exercise the following day.
The technician arrived at 7:30 and had replaced my faulty capacitor by 8. My total bill was $225 - $67 for diagnosing the problem and $150 for the capacitor.
A few phone calls this morning show that capacitor is available off the shelf locally for $28. It is available on Amazon for $24.
I called to ask if the $150 charge was an error, and the nice woman explained that no, this is the price. The capacitor plus the time it took to install it (she explained that the $67 is just for diagnosis).
Though even that calculation is off; at the $90/hr she claims they charge, even assuming they do an hour minimum and not the 40 minutes total he spent, that's still more than double the price of the part.
Between the chronic lateness (and the disregard for my time that they imply) and the insane overcharge, I would recommend potential customers seek another contractor when they have a repair.

I called on Monday - they said they could come that same day, but it wasn't convenient for me so I scheduled for a couple of days later. My time slot was 3:00-5:00. The repairman called right at 3:00 and said he was 5 minutes away. I explained what was happening. He said it may just be the capacitor. He went to the unit - two minutes later he said yes, it was the capacitor. $100 for the part, $60 for the trip charge. The entire time he spent at my house - 15 minutes. I've used Northglenn Heating and Air Conditioning before and will use them again. Always timely, always courteous, always knowledgeable, and, in my experience, they don't over-sell.

Northglenn Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. were prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. They had some other general recommendations to make, but didn't push to get the sale at that point.

We called Northglenn Heating & AC for a second opinion when a previous provider advised that we would need a whole new air conditioner despite the fact that our current one was only 10 years old. (Previous company representative had said that the compressor was not working and that a replacement with parts and labor would be equivalent to getting a new Air Conditioner), which he estimated at a cost of $6,500.
The second opinion from the Northglenn Heating technician was that the error code on the AC circuit board was likely due to low pressure due to low refrigerant level, and needed only a recharge. He accomplished the recharge (a few days later), however, the AC system subsequently failed in about a week due to the fact that the compressor was actually the problem in the system.

I had gotten an estimate early in July, decided tho go with Northglenn Heating & A/ C on July 16. They were able to install my system, 2 days later, on July 18. However, they told me up front that this was a two day installation. They would install it on Wednesday and finish on Friday, which was agreed upon. I found a coupon online the same day as the installation. I called the company that morning to get a start time and I mentioned that I just found this coupon online and asked them if they would honor it, indeed they did.
Two installers, arrived on time, came out to the house and were very professional, courteous, and very careful not to track up my carpet during the whole process. Then a third person, the one whom gave me the estimate, came out and helped. Much to my absolute amazement they crew completed the entire installation in one day, with everything operating properly.
The thermostat was not the correct one, as it was not in stock, they put in temporary until the proper one came in, then came out an installed it a few days later.
The job was completed at the exact same price as the estimate.
There we a couple minor problems when the city inspectors came out. Then plastic PVC was loose (could be moved side to side) and the A/C unit outside needed to re leveled, as in made noise. Northglenn Heating & A/C promptly scheduled a time to come out and fix these problem. The inspectors approved the work.

If I have a question the office staff is very nice in answering any of them or referring me to another staff member whom can promptly provide the answer.

Phone was answered promptly at 2:30 a.m. The dispatcher connected me with the serviceman, who asked a few polite and appropriate questions, and said he would be out as soon as he could. He arrived about an hour later. He quickly determined that the problem was a faulty gas valve, and quoted me a price of $414.80 to replace it. He worked quietly for over an hour and a half, and cleaned up the work area before he left. I did not compare prices, so I am not rating price. Very pleasant to do business with.

The sales representative did a free estimate by assessing our needs, checking for cold air returns and the size of our furnace. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. We had interviewed two other air conditioning installers, but I felt that we received the best price and the most accurate estimate from this company. We found out later that Northglenn Heating & AC is highly regarded, so we are happy with our decision. The unit has worked fine. The installation was done on time and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, POLITE AND VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY DID THE JOB AS THEY EXPLAINED THEY WOULD IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE.
