I used them to install a compressor and two minisplits 3 years ago for $11k, and have multiple issues with the units ever since. After a preventative maintenance service call in May of 2023, which was quoted at $150 and then charged me $245, one unit stopped working. I called for help and they couldn’t “fit me in” for another 4 days - in 90+ degree heat for a bedroom unit … so I called another tech who came out to come look at it THAT DAY. He found the refrigerant was low!! What did they do during that 45 min $245 preventative maintenance visit?! Nothing! I will never use them again and warn everyone that they are over priced with really horrible service and support. Go elsewhere - not at all worth the years of head aches!!

This company is horrible. I bought a furnace cleaning and when they showed up they said it would be an additional $400 to actually clean the furnace! Total bait and switch! Do NOT use this company!

I have use Goodfellows for over six years they are always do amazing work. I would highly recommend them the prices are good they’re very friendly and very professional. Their top notch and I give them a five star review. One of the best in town.

Had a potential life threatening experience with a previous company I had called out to replace an Blower motor that burned out in the furnace/AC. Goodfellas Heating and cooling came out the next day and attempted to replace the motor. they didn't have the proper motor, but they were back first thing next morning and replaced the motor, and cl;earned the fan blades. everything is running great, and I am very thankful they did a careful, safe, and competent job.

They did a great job. My one slight complaint is that the technician was fairly pushy in terms of telling me that I had to replace this component now. I thought he was being a little aggressive.

They were really good. Of course while they were out they give you a "sell" job which everybody does that, it is kind of annoying, but other than that they were great. We bought a two year general warranty on it. They come out 2-3 times a year to check on the units.

It went really well. I received a reminder call the night before. Jon came out on time. and we went to all three houses. I have had different heating/cooling people come out and didn't always trust their opinion. I did trust Jon's. He gave me a reasonable assessment of all the equipment that he checked. He was courteous and efficient. In addition, i signed up for their one year service program.

Justin and Crystal of Goodfellas are amazing! Within 2 hours of calling they made it to my rental property. They were able to replace the heater with a new one less then 24 hours later. I have used them for all of my rentals, as well as my own home, and have never been disappointed.

I paid $40 for a furnace checkup and cleaning from Amazon local but the technician recommended an A coil cleaning which was going cost me an additional $189 dollars for a 10 to 15 minute task. He did give me a discount when I mentioned I would look up a better deal on Angie's List, though. I still thought it was pretty expensive for a checkup up and cleaning since I was out $190 for the entire visit. I have read that a thorough cleaning would require removing the coil and cleaning them more in deft compared to using only chemicals and wiping down with a rag. They also try to sell their own service contracts so they are not simply technicians but also sales reps. Also, it took a few more calls from their friendly dispatcher to reschedule my appointment because they could not fit me in on a Saturday. So it took about three weeks until they showed up.

"We do not usually do tune up calls on Saturdays. The weekend is saved for service calls and installs since we have a small number of technicians. $189 is the standard rate for a chemical evaporator coil clean. This is a much cheaper fix than cutting and removing the evap coil because the cost of that would be MUCH higher. If there is access to the inside of the coil, there is no need to go through all of the extra work and expense. As far as maintenance contracts go, that is what keeps companies in business, and every hvac company sells them. They are offered to help the customer build a relationship, and trust in 1 company instead of searching through the listings not knowing what your going to get. Our contracts offer free 24 hour service and discounts, so nothing is meant to have malicious intent."
