No matter what type of construction service you want, they always gave their best. I am highly impressed by their on-time project completion. As budget management was an issue, I chose Designs Plus, and now I am sure that I made the right decision. The experts' hard work made the project more beautiful. For the first time, I have worked with them for two different house replacements. They offered me innovative design solutions at reasonable costs.

Worst GC experience we?ve ever had. We hired Joe for a ~500 sqft basement remodel, contracted for 8 weeks. It took 20+ weeks, with no major scope changes. He ultimately abandoned the project. * Poor planning and coordination: Joe couldn?t schedule more than 1?2 days ahead, causing frequent, avoidable delays. * No-show for inspections: He skipped most city inspections. I had to personally handle HVAC, plumbing, framing, and drywall inspections. * Unqualified subcontractors: His framers failed inspection FOUR times. The electrician?s city license was expired. Bathroom tile was so poorly done it had to be redone. Consistently refused to take responsibility for his subs. * Unethical payment practices: Requested milestone payments with <50% of work done and tried revising terms for his cashflow. When challenged, he threatened to slow work. * Refused to pay several of his subcontractors. Gave us a sob-story as to why, but purchased himself a brand new truck at the start of the project.

This was a rough stair rebuild project . Design changes on my part and Joes . Project was initially planned for 4 days and wound up being completed in 14 along with a cost over run. Minor finishing touches were not completed to satisfaction and had to be done by myself and another contractor. Joe is a good man and very artistic . Like I stated before rough project.

These guys were amazing! Came out the same day I contacted them for an estimate, were ready to go the day I needed them, and somehow finished all in 1 day! I have a large 6 bedroom house that I need to sell and timing was essential. These guys managed it so well and absolutely crushed the cleaning job! Above and beyond, they even helped me with disposing of a pretty good amount of debris and old trash to get the house ready for sale. You guys were great, will definitely use you in the future!

The well rounder expertise of this team really expedited what could have been a very lengthy project. I had them instal a brand new soaker tub in my bedroom which involved them doing the plumbing, the tile work, some carpentry and it only took them 6 hours in a single days' work. Best of all now that the remodel of my bedroom is complete, I call them for even small projects and they are always responsive. They are visionaries and it helped me where my own creativity was lacking.
