They guy showed up at 10:15 AM when he was scheduled at 11 AM. All he had with him was a big shop vacuum. He kept trying to pressure me into buying $300 in extra "services" that he insisted were necessary and kept arguing with me when I said I only wanted what was on the coupon. I told him no on extras not included in the coupon FOUR TIMES before I finally told him to leave and I'd get a refund from the coupon issuer (Crowd Saving Deals). With that, he finally started working with his shop vac. He tried to leave before even looking at the dryer vent. I told him that cleaning the dryer vent was the main reason I bought the coupon. He told me I should have told him that when he came in "instead of wasting the technician's time" by having him do the inspections included in the coupon. Technician was very rude and pushy. The shop vac (obviously) didn't do much. A total waste of even $39. Thank god I didn't hire this company at full price, which was exorbitant. He wanted $99 for "sanitizing", which was basically spraying Lysol in the vents. Avoid this company!
