My name is Kirk Kanitz, owner of Black Diamond Window Cleaning. I've owned and operated my window cleaning business for nearly 20 years, I love what I do! This is just the initial review, the work has not been done yet BUT I am happy that Kirk called right away, came by when he said he would, is priced right & is very personable. I was looking for someone because my usual window guy has not returned 2 calls. I have my own business & am a stickler for phone calls being returned promptly. Not doing that says " I don't need or respect your business." Thank you.
