The carpets in all six rooms and on the stairway are now like new. The furniture that could be moved was handled carefully and small pads were placed under the legs to avoid getting them wet. I am amazed at how good a job he did on the steep stairway.

Rick did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I was concerned that the heavy traffic stains on our stairs and in the hallway would be permanent, but Rick used all the tricks in the book to take them out. They look so much better! He is very experienced and knowledgeable and it was a great value for the professional work that he did. I'll definitely call him next time we need carpet cleaning.
