They made one or two trips out just to scout the area and make sure they were spraying at just the right time in order for the spray to be most effective rather than coming on a set date. They came out to spray once but it was too windy and they decided to wait for a calmer day to maximize the effect of the spray and came out a second time. They were very good at working with us and were very conscientious about the work they were doing.
