I dry clean carpets with "HOST" dry cleaner for carpets. You can go to HOSTDRY.com for more info. I clean upholstery by hand using white towels . Carpets & Upholstery are clean, dry{or near dry}, soft to the touch and ready to use when work is completed. I also use HOST to clean unsealed floor tile & grout.
