Home Building
After 3 months and 2 payments totaling $16,000, work was not completed, materials paid for were not delivered, job was way behind schedule, and no subcontractors would show up to finish. Mr. Apodaca just made excuses. Finally homeowner drew up a document for firm completion date with penalties for late completion, to be notarized by both parties, and Mr. Apodaca dropped the contract and left the job not completed. Owner was taken for about $5000 in labor and materials. No success in contacting him further.
