Discount Auto Glass installed a defective windshield and will not replace it without having me first drive with an usafe product to the manufacturer to have it tested. Furthermore, the installer did not transfer my Parks and Recreation sticker from the old windshield to the new one and the employee who answered their phone became rude and unprofessional.

They were on-time, courteous and fast! Quite an install for a 35/mph wind gust day. Only needed two days lead time. Met me at my condo. You know that bad auto glass, that looks like some weird spotted tinting? They did NOT use it - used real manufacturer-spec glass. AWESOME!
