Jason did an excellent job leveling, and repairing our paver deck. He's true to his word, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. His pricing is fair and I can highly recommend him.

I hired them originally to tuck point a damaged garage wall. This turned out ok, but the cement is cracking now. I then hired them to resurfaced our concrete stairs, a service they do not advertise on Service Magic, but they said they could do. This did not come out well. When the concrete crumbled, they came back and attempted a fix to no avail; it crumbled again. Getting a hold of them and getting the money back for that job proved impossible. Sorry to say, this did not go well.

I was expecting the mortar to match the existing mortar on my 1950's home -- it was not even close. He did return to fix it, but overall the job was not good-looking. On the plus side, they are very reasonably priced, and completed the work in a timely manner when I had a deadline to meet.

Jason provided a prompt and competitive estimate upon seeing the work that we needed. He also proivded many photos of previous, similar work he had done to give us a good idea of the quality of his work. His team did a quality job and remained diligent to getting the job done right, despite problems caused by the wet weather. The job ended up taking longer because of the weather, but they built a beautiful brick wall, with a nice set of entry steps, surrounding my garden area. I would definitely recommend Creative Masonry to anyone I know with similar needs and would use them again myself if we have other masonry-related jobs.

We were very happy with the work and they left the area clean. The only issue was a lack of communication on when they would return to complete the work. This was a very minor issue. I will hire them again for future projects. They were reasonably priced and trustworthy.

great experience - very professional, stuck to their estimate, quality craftsmanship, and very friendly with a young group of kids around while the work was going on.
