Before starting the work I explained to John that I had a sprinkler system but I did not know the layout so I asked that he and his crew take special care not to break it, they did break it, but they also fixed it. The next morning I turned on the system to check for leaks and nothing happened, when I called John to inform him of this he became rude and angry (the "rude and angry" came up once again during the job). It turned out one of his crew had shut off the main water valve and I had not checked it. Later, one of his crew asked if it was OK that he had trimmed "a little" off of a 10 foot diameter pfitzer Juniper, I said that was fine and then went over to look at what was trimmed, he have cut about one quarter of the bush out, the bush was ruined. I asked John about what he planned to do about it and he said it had to be trimmed to pour the concrete correctly, if that was true I should have been told before the job started (when the evaluation of the job site was done) or at least before the "trimming" began. I asked if he would remove what was left of the Juniper, roots and all, but he said he could only remove the above ground portion, I agreed but this was never done so it took me three days to remove the remains, grade, and plant grass seed. When the concrete was dry I checked to see if the pitch was correct, so the water would run away from the house, a 12 foot section was not, the water ran back to the house and the pre-existing entryway concrete pad. After a week or so John came out and agreed that the incorrect section had to be replaced and a few weeks later it was done. Throughout this ordeal I called John to ask for updates and was told that I would "hear back either tonight or tomorrow", I never heard back from him so I had to call him.
Description of Work: I requested and received an estimate from Coulcrete Inc (4476 S Coors St, Morrison, CO 80465) for removing and replacing a concrete walkway that wrapped around my house. The walkway to be replaced was approximately 70 feet long and 3 feet wide and ended in a pad approximately 13 feet by 5 feet. I accepted the estimate ($1650) and asked for him (John) to start as soon as possible. After more than 6 weeks the job was completed.

John was very professional. He measured and drew a diagram of what the added patio would look like. He asked questions about exactly what we were looking for and also discussed how he could make it look like the existing patio in terms of stamping and color. In terms of resealing the patio, he worked to draw the color back out and make sure it matched the places that were not as worn down. Although the acceptance date of the estimate had expired by the time we decided what we wanted to do, he honored the estimate price he gave us.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate to add on to our existing patio. He gave us an estimate, but he also advised us to reseal our existing patio, something we didn't know needed to be done. We ended up resealing the patio and waiting on adding onto the existing patio.
