The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and found the problem, which was fixed in a very timely manner. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Within an hour of when I first called them two plumbers showed up at my front door. They were polite, professional, and did a good, quick job of fixing the leak by replacing a pipe that was too short, and a cracked gasket and fitting that were leaking.

Went well, other than price, way expensive

We have had new and different projects over the past eight months that we have been going back to CPH&D for the professionalism of their employees and the quality of the work completed.

They deserve an A+ rating.  I gave a "B" on pricing to authenticate this as an unbiased and real person review; their pricing is good to excellent given the quality of the work.

They have worked in teams and individually on our projects and every one of them that has been to our house has just been a genuinely nice guy - that counts for something.

With some contractors you get a feeling when you're being taken advantage of, or worse when the job is done and you know it wasn't done well.  That is not CPH&D.

It went fine.  They responded quickly and fixed the problem at no additional cost.  We like Conifer Plumbing and Heating because they return our calls and show up when they say they will.

I got a quote and stood by their quote even though they ended up replacing more parts than what they have expected. There were three different visits and the two were follow-ups. We had a little problem a couple of times getting them out there.

The service call was $85.  They were prompt and they responded quickly as far as the service men coming out.  When I called, the ladies were great about scheduling an appointment.  They called back to verify if the plumber did a good job.  It was kind of a whip on the horizon.  The guy who came out was good.  I was comfortable with him in my home.  I never had a tankless water heater; but I have worked around heat exchanger, so I understand the concept of flushing the heating coils.  I just didn't have the circulation pump or anything to do it, which is easier to have an income.

I've been utilizing Conifer Plumbing for all my plumbing needs since I  bought my house five years ago.  I bought a 1970s time capsule.  Shane & Co have helped me remodel two bathrooms, my kitchen, and most recently a laundry room.   They are always punctual.  They are always happy to answer all my questions before, during and after the project is completed.  The price is always competitive.  I really can't say enough good things about these guys.

We occassionally smell a little bit of propane near our Rinnai room furnace in a recently purchased home. We called Conifer Plubming, Heating, & Drain Cleaning for an inspection. Technicians came promptly, inspected the system, and determined the smell was coming through a hole in the wall behind the furnace, where a propane pressure regulator was occassionaly "burping" excess gas outside of the house. The hole through which the propane pipe entered our house was not sufficiently sealed, allowing the propane to waft inside. The technicians were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
