I read an answer they left on my review. The place claimed my regular vet did not call them BEFORE I got there. That is a lie. My vet called and told me to go to their facility and that she had already contacted them. Shame on this vet for lying. I know my vet to be honest and caring. It would be a travesty to say that my vet did not tell the truth. They are highly respected in the community for their quality veterinarian care. Go to Bear Creek Veterinary Care if you REALLY want something done for your animal that is excallent.

Fabulous. The staff and the doctors are compassionate, caring and perfect diagnosis and advice.

Overall the visit went great. The staff was friendly and the vet spent time to get to know us and our dog. I cannot really comment fully on the price because this is the only vet we have been to in the area. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this vet to our friends.

I usually get my dog's shots at the military vet. But decided to use Woodmoor because they are closer and when I called they could see me today! I walked in - checked in - my dog was given treats and petted - the technician came right out - gave him his shot - he got more treats and we were out of there in 10 minutes. I have taken my dog there several times for allergies and tummy upsets - I loved both of the vets - I did not wait long - the vets answered all my questions and took their time - never rushing us - the medicines worked. They are definitely more expensive than military vets (although they give 10 percent off meds) but don't know how they compare to other civilian vets. I also LOVE their groomer and so does my dog. She is fabulous with my dog and always does a great job! I have always been promptly and courteously served by the ladies at the front desk - they have been very helpful. In fact my dog loves coming here.
I will say I do not board my dog here - so I can't comment on that.

Our experience here was fantastic. I do not have a local veterinarian yet but needed to bring my mini dachshund because she needed immediate attention. They found time for us to come in same day on a Saturday to be looked at. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the office manager. They were ready as soon as we got there to see my dog and did a quick check up. The veterinarian then took a look at her; she was extremely professional and thorough. My dog is very skittish about the vet and tends to not let anyone hold her. The vet took her time not to scare her and even sat on the floor with treats until my dog came to her. I've NEVER had a vet take the time to do that and win my dog's trust. They were able to then hold her and give her a thorough checkup including x-rays. Finally, they gave us all the information regarding what was going on including that my dog would need surgery. After giving me an estimate, the vet spent even more time going over that estimate with me to help me understand the charges as well as the recovery involved. They then scheduled me in within a week to get my dog taken care of quickly. This is the best experience I've ever had at a veterinarian and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

. It was the worse ever experience I ever had at a vet practice. This has nothing to to with the fact that my dog passed away. they jsut did not try to do anything. My own vet would have at least tired to resuscitate my little boy. I am not only disgusted but I could have done a better job.

We have been very pleased with the way the Veterinarians were very friendly to our dogs and how they got down to their level and gave complete attention to them. Our dogs can be hyper, but did very well with this one. They did thorough exams and were very open on giving their opinions and letting us know what we should/shouldn't do. We have been very happy with them so far.
