Not only do we offer a huge array of products at a very reasonable price, but our experience as local consultants have made us experts in flooring industry essentials, such as budgeting, design, layout, and installation procedures. US Floors Direct was advised to not use the well water from the property's well to mix with the grout. The house was a mountain house and the owners used the well on the property for their water. Our supervisor on the house construction witnessed them using the well water to mix with the grout. They were supposed to bring distilled water up to the house to use and did not. Because of the minerals in the well water, the grout turned white instead of dark brown which was chosen.
My co-owner told them to fix it but they did not put any effort into fixing it. Finally after a year of waiting, US Floors Direct agreed to fix it but never admitted that they were really responsible. They started to fix it but then walked off the job leaving the house and furniture covered in grout dust.
We had to hire someone to finish the job and when we sent US Floors Direct a bill for what it cost, they wouldn't pay it. The bill is unpaid to this day.
US Floors Direct also neglected to use apoxy grout where they were supposed to and still charged us for it. Therefore, we were charged for an upgrade in grout that we did not receive and there was no credit given for this error.
