I was rear-ended at a light, and the other driver's insurance recommended Tri-Lakes Collision as one of their preferred providers. The location was very convenient for me, and I saw they had good reviews here, so I drove over to see how it looked. Everything seemed good, so I made an appointment for the following Monday. When I arrived, they were ready for me, told me it should be done by that Friday, and told me what they would be doing (and what might come up once they got into the job). They had rental cars on site, which was very convenient. I called mid-day Friday to see how it was going, and they said they had just finished up. I arrived after work, and my car was ready and they had cleaned it, inside and out (what a nice surprise). They went over what work was done and told me they warranty the work.
In all, this was the easiest, most hassle-free situation! I had expected some inconveniences with the accident, but Tri-Lakes Collision took great care of me and my car, and really made it incredibly easy. I would definitely use them again, and will recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
