He actually shopped around to find a coil system that would fit in the ducts rather than having to involve the whole furnace; that way, the integrity of the air intake on the furnace could be maintained. He gave a warranty that was a year longer than the other major providers gave. The quality was very high. He worked with my schedule. I think he would have liked to do it sooner, but I had to get the electrical work done first. When the electrical was ready, he was right on the spot the next morning; in fact, he came earlier than I did. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.
