Paradise Ponds and Landscaping

Darin was there first day with crew of 4 men to begin...Project went excellent! We love our new water feature! We spent a large $$ for first pond from Bear Claw (never hire again!) Spent more money with Paradise Ponds and very Happy!

Darin was very responsive and fit us into his hectic schedule. Workmanship was outstanding, and though we had a little glitch, he came right out and fixed it.

After being and quot;stood upand quot; by another pond repair company, I called Paradise Ponds and Landscaping in hopes of having my pond serviced as quickly as possible - our fish had already been without aeration for 24 hours waiting on the and quot;otherand quot; company. The receptionist was extremely responsive to my time constraint and went from offering a service date 4 days out to rearranging the schedule to have a technician to my home within the hour. The technician did take close to 2 hours to arrive, which was slightly discouraging, but certainly understandable knowing that I was being fit in between scheduled appointments. Chad arrived and quickly identified the problem, assured me he could fix it and got right to work. I appreciated his quick work and did not feel taken advantage of knowing that he was working on an hourly rate. Chad took exactly one hour to complete the work and charged me accordingly. Chad took the time to show me other areas of the pond that might have been contributing to water loss and informed me of all other services he could provide in the future (cleaning, repair, winterizing). I have to admit I was skeptical due to the previous poor review; however, I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality work done to my pond - it has never been running better! Thanks Chad!

The young man came out and began trying to catch the koi and was unsuccessful, my daughter ended up getting into the pond and catching the fish for him to transport them to the retaining pond while he cleaned it. This cleaning involved him spraying the sides, algae, and rocks, allowing the filth to run into the bottom of the pond, he did help my daughter prune some of the plants, but simply threw the cuttings into the bottom along with the algae from the sides. He returned on a second visit to perform a water change which took about an hour, pumping out about half of the water and chemicals that were already in the pond. Then he left and I had to sit by the pond until after midnight until the it was full again. The man insisted that the water change was sufficient enough to clean it and did not clean the rocks that I had in the pond. Overall, I am dissatisfied with this company and the work that they do as well as their customer service.
