We called them the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to come out that Saturday. I was impressed with their ability to meet our tight deadline. They arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. The carpets were clean but we felt the overall cleanliness was not quite as good as we have previously experienced. We called them because their price was reasonable and our former favorite carpet cleaner does not seem to be in business anymore.

We called them, explained the situation, and they felt it was something well within their scope of service. They picked up the rug, cleaned it, and returned it to us in like-new condition. It was a great experience. I would use them again for any rug or carpet cleaning, and recommend them to anyone.

They are a husband and wife team and they were great to work with. They did an excellent job. They put covers on their shoes and everything was placed back the way it was initially. I felt like their price was excellent considering the work that was done.
