I called their office number from the 2025 El Paso County Colorado Five Star Rated businesses. I told the person on the phone my washing machine issue and received an appointment the same day, four hours later. The service technician was Jeremy Burnett. He texted me a photo of himself in front of his Mr. Appliance vehicle, so I would know it was him. After arriving, within fifteen minutes, he found out exactly what the issue was. To me, that's fast. Jeremy was very professional, told me what the issue was and friendly in his demeanor. I really appreciate that type of service. If i have another issue, I would call Mr. Appliance again and ask for Jeremy.

I was disappointed when the serviceman explained that the dishwasher had not be installed correctly--and that caused the problem, but then said he couldn't fix it because of liability issues!!! Err..... Does that mean I need to have them out every couple of months @ $200.00 to clean out the drain instead of fixing the problem while he was here! I will look of a company that can and will fix the problem.

Our dryer stopped working on a Friday morning, I sent a request for an urgent repair, so they put us on a cancellation list. I got a call later in the day that there had been a cancellation - I was sent a picture of Greg who would be coming to our home to complete the service. Greg was so great, he explained everything that he was doing, and he knew what the problem before looking at the dryer (it was apparently a common issue with Samsung He dryers). We could not have asked for a better experience with an appliance repair company from beginning to end. He was here for an hour, completed the repair and even vacuumed out the interior of the machine where dust and lint can build up. Our dryer now sounds better and works better than it has in 4 years. I would call them back at anytime, you can't find professionals like this today...
