Greg Dutton was the repair person. He was great. Knowledgeable, personable and found the problem. Highly recommend him for someone looking for an appliance repair person.

Taylor did a great job repairing our dishwasher, was super friendly and provided some great advise for maintaining our appliances.

The repairman was extremely prompt, helpful and professional. He fixed my washer right the first time. They also supplied a coupon booklet for any future repairs that may be needed. They will be my go to!

I was disappointed when the serviceman explained that the dishwasher had not be installed correctly--and that caused the problem, but then said he couldn't fix it because of liability issues!!! Err..... Does that mean I need to have them out every couple of months @ $200.00 to clean out the drain instead of fixing the problem while he was here! I will look of a company that can and will fix the problem.

Very professional, contacted me at every step of the process and kept me informed even during the repair. I was admittedly surprised as the level of customer service these days varies greatly. A definite recommend!

Our dryer stopped working on a Friday morning, I sent a request for an urgent repair, so they put us on a cancellation list. I got a call later in the day that there had been a cancellation - I was sent a picture of Greg who would be coming to our home to complete the service. Greg was so great, he explained everything that he was doing, and he knew what the problem before looking at the dryer (it was apparently a common issue with Samsung He dryers). We could not have asked for a better experience with an appliance repair company from beginning to end. He was here for an hour, completed the repair and even vacuumed out the interior of the machine where dust and lint can build up. Our dryer now sounds better and works better than it has in 4 years. I would call them back at anytime, you can't find professionals like this today...
