Description of Work: I take all of my cars to JJ Tracks. Sam the General Manager is very consumer oriented. He is friendly, and above all he is honest. I have allot of confidence in JJ Tracks in that they tell me what is wrong and what needs fixing immediately so that I will not ruin my car. They also tell me what can wait, so when I do not have the money on hand...I can adjust my cash flow. In this situation they fixed a plastic protection pan that had come undone underneath my car...and did not charge me. I went ahead and had my oil changed while I was there.

+ -1 morePrior to this service, JJ Tracks did some engine work and broke a part of my radiator in the process. They repaired the radiator, but the repair failed while I was in Denver. They stood behind their work by paying to tow my SUV from Denver to Monument and they replaced my radiator at no charge. I love these guys!

+ -1 moreTook 5 days to complete the "simple" service. Never returned phone calls or called with diagnostics. The first time I called them, they said they couldn't find the problem with the engine. I asked them if they had driven it and they said no. I recommended they do that in order to properly diagnose the problem. When I called back after not hearing from them for 4 more days, they told me the truck was ready to be picked up and the charge was $40 for the rear differential. I asked about the engine problem and was told they did not have the expertise to solve the diagnostics problem and recommended I take it to Dodge. So it took them 5 days to change the rear differential fluid (a 30 min task at best). When my wife picked up the truck, there was an additional $80 charge for diagnostics in spite of the fact that they couldn't complete it and they recommended I take the truck to Dodge to have them solve the problem.
Description of Work: Service rear differential and diagnose problem with sluggish engine.
