Once there, I was told to just have a seat. Wifi made it easy to get a little work done while waiting. They took our van in and within 20 minutes came back out. They replaced 2 bulbs (I'd replaced the bulbs, but evidently they were bad, which is how I ended up at the service counter) and didn't even ask for payment. I'll totally be going back when I need any of my vehicles serviced. They won me over.

I brought my truck in for a brake job. They got me in quickly, and were knowledgeable and professional, however when I started to drive my truck, however it began making a noise in the new brake pad assembly that they installed. I had to bring it back in, and they fixed it free of charge. The noise persisted, and I came back in once more. They replaced the brake assembly, and I was only charged for the cost of the parts. They were great about resolving everything in a timely manner.

Repeated misdiagnosis of an air conditioner problem to the tune of $1400 followed by being way overcharged for some radiator repairs. They're either bad at being mechanics or crooked. Either way, stay away.

"I am sorry to see you feel dissatisfied with the service you received here The only repair order I have under your name is for a 2002 Dodge Durango with 204000 miles. The new radiator we installed was $198, the two hoses were 24 and 22 each, the oil change was 35 and the labor times were straight out of the labor guides, none of which could be classified as "way overpriced". As this is the only invoice in your name I cannot comment on the AC work. I have tried to contact you but you have not returned my calls, but if there is anything we can do to correct this situation please let me know."

JJ Tracks was recommended to me by some friends. I took my car to them to address oil leaks. These guys were able to my cars slow leak into a gusher. I took my car to another shop and they informed me of the shoddy work that JJ Tracks had performed. The second shop replaced valve cover gaskets and cam seal and the leaks stopped. I'll keep my friends, but wouldn't recommend JJ Tracks to anyone requiring engine work on a Subaru.

I ONLY WISH YOU WOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED THE PROBLEM WITH US AS WE MAINTAIN A NATIONWIDE WARRANTY ON ALL REPAIRS THRU AC DELCO. THIS WARRANTY IS IN EFFECT ANYWHERE IN THE NATION (EVEN IN HAWAII) AND WOULD HAVE INSURED YOU HAD NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU BUT YOUR PHONE IS DISCONNECTED, BUT IF YOU WOULD CALL OR SEND ME A COPY OF THE REPAIRS FROM THE SECOND SHOP I WOULD MAKE SURE YOU ARE FULLY REIMBURSED."

Originally went to the Kia Dealer and was quoted $850 to correct my problem. I wanted to get a second opinion and brought my Kia to JJ Tracks. They re-accomplished the diagnostics per my request and told me the problem could be one four possibilities, including a bad sensor. After checking it out, they replaced the sensor and I have had no problems since. Price of aprox $725 included the $25 Angies list coupon I used toward my repair.
I was very happy with the service and thought the price - while more than I would have liked to pay - was more than fair. They were very flexible on when I could bring it in, and had the work done in one day. The only comment I would have from a personal note is that I would have liked to get a phone call during the day to get an update on how the work was going and when to expect the work to be finished. Other than that, no complaints.
Overall a very good experience. Very happy to support a local business!!

Professional quality work. Over the years, I've grown to know Jim, Sam, and Wayne (the front office) as honest folks who work hard to provide quality diagnostics, estimates, and repairs. I trust them implicitly based on my first hand experience working with them for so many repairs over the years. They've always gone above and beyond to provide quality timely repairs to keep us rolling. As my kids have grown and have their own families, they drive from Colorado Springs to Monument to have JJ's check out and service their vehicles.
I've also come to appreciate how strong this locally owned Shop works within our community to support activities that keep Monument a strong Colorado town.

JJ Tracks were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and propose a solution. Angie's List had a deal for 34% off the service I required so that really helped reduce the service cost. I would definitely take my 4x4 truck back there for service.

When the engine light came on, we went to our local shop. They suggested replacing a wheel bearing as well as the sensor. Very friendly --- answered all our questions. Fixed the problem that day on time and on budget.

We have used JJ's for 7 years and have been very pleased with their work. They have maintained 3 different cars for us and their work has ranged from oil changes to major work like air conditioning repair, changing transmission fluids, electrical issues, suspension problems, front end alignments and other auto repairs that come with maintaining older vehicles. Our vehicles ranged in age from 3 years to 12 years old. We have always had good advise from them and found that they were honest in their assessments of what needed to be repaired and what could wait until the work was needed.

They are local and I had gotten an estimate from another company several months before that I thought was high, so I took my truck to JJ's and they told me I still had half of the life of my brakes left and just to keep an eye on them. They impressed me with their honesty. Thy are now my mechanics.

My husbands car was jerking really hard when it got to 1000 rpm and again at 3000 rpm. It also had stalled at several stoplights. We took it into JJ Tracks on Monday evening, they looked at it Tuesday morning and we had it back by that evening, good as new! They fixed a belt that had been put in wrong (previous mechanic argued with us that he did everything right) plus replaced some other wires that were looking sketchy. We got it back and my husband and I are VERY pleased! They are also very polite, and they don't make you feel dumb or take advantage of you for not knowing about cars. We will use them every time!!
