They were good.  I like the overall quality, friendliness and flexibility.

They did not provide anybody to come and measure the windows for us. We had to provide our own measurements. you had to really know what you were doing in ordering windows because there were a lot of questions in the ordering process that you needed to know very specific answers for. They delivered the windows but we had to pay a delivery fee. We didn't have any problems with the window installation. They were special order doors and the second time, they fitted correctly. It was a lengthy time frame in between when we found out that the doors were incorrect. Milgard, holds the warranty on them, then we had to have Milgard come out and look at the doors to see if it was our fault in the installation or if there was actually a problem with the doors and once they determined that it was their problem with the construction of the doors, we still had to wait for them to do their paper work on it and all that. So it actually took a couple of extra months before we got the new doors. Milgard is good about getting things fixed to your satisfaction but having Home Depot as a third party can complicate things. They are very good on pricing.

They did it 3 weeks ago. It costs about $3000. The people from Home Depot were great. We used them before and were satisfied with them. We are having problems right now with the warranty of the doors where in fact there is restraint from the order. Well, I cannot blame them though. And he was meticulous and very pleasant and basically wanted to do everything I offered to help him and he said no. He did pretty well. The doors and he was terrific.
