It went fine. My only negative comment would be that the salesman presented himself and his company as having much lower prices than retail establishments, due to the fact he doesn't have a showroom and brings carpet samples to your home. He showed up on time and had a very large amount of samples to chose from. I did find a carpet style I liked but after ordering the carpet and pad, his prices were not really any lower than the stores we'd looked at. The salesman also talked me out of getting a little better pad with a moisture shield which I regret now. I have a large dog with big wet paws running in and out, I really wish I'd held to my guns and got the better pad.
