They told us that the other heater that we had was becoming defective and would result in failure during winter. It's great. It's affordable and it helps us heat our house. We have an all electric home, very large home, with electricity, it will really run the bill up. Since we have natural gas, it's affordable. We had a gas leak and within an hour there was a man out. They responded right away.
