I am extremely pleased with the finished product and the process that I went through. George was punctual, professional, attention to detail and cleaned up the mess! There was a slight mix-up with the flooring which he remedied with a perfect stain match and a discount. I would highly recommend Betzen Hardwood for any future clients. He also provided me a full page of references.
