Outstanding! The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. She was able to complete the repair quickly and at a price less than we expected. Aspen is definitely more concerned with doing a good job and treating their customers well vice squeezing out an extra dollar. Definitely hire these folks!

I called for service and they were able to come the next day. The technician arrived on time and replaced the plug, checked out the machine and made sure it was level and also hooked up and checked the water and drain lines of the washing machine and made sure it was level. The only charge was for the service call. Excellent service and a very knowledgeable technician who knew what she was doing. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repair.

Kevitt knew so much, he can pretty much diagnose issue over the phone. So, by the time the appointment is scheduled, it is quick and to the point. The price is also right.

Problem was resolved and I was shown how to rectify the situation should it happen again.

Kevitt was very prompt in responding and came out the day after we called him. He initially diagnosed the problem as a broken fan assembly. It took several weeks for parts to come in (not his fault) and unfortunately it turned out that there was some sort of blockage in the piping and not the fan (the original started running again). He advised that the best solution was to replace the fridge. Although he spent quite a bit of time with us diagnosing and trying to fix the problem, his service charge was really reasonable. I would use him again and recommend him as a professional, honest repairman.

It went well. The repairman was able to come within 8 hours of being notified of the problem. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and had all of the parts when he arrived. It took him less than 45 minutes.

Kevitt Kreger and his female assistant arrived within two hours. They were both knowlegeable, friendly & professional. At first Kevitt thought the repair would cost over $900 but after carefull analysis, he fixed the problem for less than $200. If we ever need a repair in the future, Apen Appliance will be the company we call.

A repairman came out and looked at the fridge, ordered the part and another repairman (woman) came the next day and installed it. Problem solved! Both were courteous, friendly, fast. I don't remember their names but would use them both again (hope I won't need to). Thanks to both of you.

The repair man came and quickly found out what the problem was. he ordered the part which took a day or two to come in but he was here and had it completely replace within an hour.

Prompt exceptional service for 14 washers and 11 stackable dryers.

It went very good.  It was quick and easy.  It worked out pretty well because it covered the labor and that was a really good deal.  He was really, really nice because he was like you're not going to pay this price because it's going to cover the labour and everything.  He was like you're just going to pay this price.  He could have taken advantage of me; so I paid 165 and that was it.  He was coming all the way from Monument and I live in Colorado Spring; so he travelled quite away and he had to stop here where I live.  He was just really good.  It was great.

Technician arrived at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the issue provided me with a price, and time to complete the motor replacement. The next day having received the part in less then 24hrs he was in and out of the house in less then 1 hr having fixed the problem and informing me about the warranty and what to do if I had any future issues.
