"We were contracted to load a freight trailer (non air-ride). We provided 4 men to load the customer;s household goods 3 hrs were spent. The member called after the crew left and didn't like the way the truck was loaded. She was told that I, the owner, would come out and view the loaded truck. I saw that part of the loading was not sufficient and told her that I would see to it that a crew was sent to correct the situation and did so the next morning. The customer was thankful and appreciated the resolution offered. Customer then filed a protest on her charges through Visa and now Angie's List trying to obtain a free service. Visa has reverses the chargeback and has found in our favor. Customer is disingenuous!"
