 + -1 moreAll we wanted was a simple breezeway to connect the garage to the house. Phillip Valazquez, owner of T & I Const gave a bid of 2500.00. 5000.oo later he built what I would describe as a chicken coop. Nothing was to code. Instead of light switches he hooked up a plug to the end of the romex and plugged it in to an outlet. The other end had a motion detection outdoor light. The roof leaked, there was no insulation in the roof (or rafters), after a week the doors would not open. He put no rebar in the cement and the finish just crumbled into sand. The last time I heard from he had taken my new 250.00 breaker box along with 230.00 for breakers supposedly to Home Depot to make sure he got the right breakers. I never heard from him since. I hired a REAL contractor who knew what the heck he was doing. He had to tear the whole thing down and start over. Phillip Valezquez is a liar and a thief

 + -1 morePhillip gave me a great price to take down 2 trees (1 lg, 1 med) and trim another large tree. Work was done in 2 days, over the course of 3 days. He still needs to return to finish off a tall stump - and the initial work was done 3 weeks ago. His crew worked all day, not even sure if anyone took a lunch break. The trimmed tree looks okay, but not great. We'll see how it looks once it leafs out and grows over the season.

 + 2 moreNot well. We were robbed and the work was never completed.
Description of Work: Phillip marketed himself as a contraction worker that could do remodels, siding, roofing etc. We needed several doors that weren't aligned fixed and some minor soffit work done. At the same time, our swamp cooler went out and needed to be replaced. Phil bought a used swamp cooler with the $800 we gave him and mounted it on the roof. In the process he broke our outdoor table. After mounting the cooler, Phil left and never returned. We paid him for the installation and I had to hire someone else for $300 to install the cooler. A few items were loaned to Phil. He wanted to borrow my husband's chainsaw. Then he wanted to fix the rototiller. He was given a van off our property and needed to borrow a tire from my husbands 1969 Bronco to drive it off. We have asked to these items back and Phil says that we gave them to him.
