RAINMAKER INC

Overall I am impressed with Rainmaker. They took a few days to get here and are a little pricey, but otherwise i am happy with their service. Mike was the technician who came and he quickly diagnosed the problems and then fixed them. and quot;We had asked several landscaping people to help us with our sprinklers, as well as trying to work on them ourselves, none of which worked. Mike was able to get them working well and they continue to function properly. Rainmaker says they specialize in troubleshooting sprinkler systems and I would heartily agree with that. I would use them again. Just wish they were a little less expensive. For one technician $55.00/hr. For two $90.00/hr. Then you are also charged for any supplies and equipment they replace. (For me this cost as much as the technician did.)

Overall, they were very nice and professional. However, when the sprinklers came on that night, the one head that was adjusted sprayed out into my driveway more than it did before adjustment. I would have called back to inform them but they were to call me and set up and appointment to install a new line so I waited and I'm still waiting (a week later).
I've not been billed just for them to come out and give me an estimate for fixing, however, I don't think there's a charge for that.
I would like to talk to them and see if they are interested in doing the job or not and will give them a call tomorrow.

Great, they were on time and were quick and efficient.
