 + -1 moreOf coarse they took no responsibility for what they did. I was told to order the parts and they would call. They did not call , they don't care. And I will not do business with with Montrose Ford again . They lie and cheat and will rip you off. Yes I purchased my Baby T-Bird from Montrose Ford. But whey let me down big time , no more trust !
Description of Work: I ordered parts from the parts department . They were going to call when the parts were in. the eta was two days. I never received a call. Also the last time they did service on my Baby Thunderbird when rotating my tires they lost the lock for the lug nuts. When they removed the cover over the engine they did not put the plugs back. The oil was one qt low and the pan cover plug was leaking.

Description of Work: In the past --many hundreds of dollars on a terrible, garage-queen car of a Maxima. Also bought tires there and these were reasonable.

 + -1 morethey were ready when i arrived. told me how long it would take. informed me well in advance that the transmission was due to be flushed and gave me a logical time it would take and was finished well within that time. everyone was very friendly and business like .i have used them several times in the past and will again.

 + 0 moreThey were so gun ho on making a sale I told them I needed to go check out my insurance. He took my info then showed me how cheap Geico would be. Then I told him to show me, he put all my info in and never put my ticket on there and Geico said I would have cheap incurance. So that was lie one. I then told them I want a day to think about it, seeing how it was my first big buy. The car was in my price range and I was told this deal wont last. He was very rude to me, and told me if I did not buy it today the price would go up. That was lie two. Because I went to Wester Slope in GJ the next week end and bought it from them for the same price and the guy was the best car sales man EVER. I recommend Western Slope in GJ. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MONTROSE FORD EVER.
