They were excellent. They have high quality merchandise. They were very professional. They were absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable. Their prices were cheaper than anywhere else, they were absolutely very reasonable. I would rate them highly across the board. I would continue to use them in the future.

Ordered tile from a quote and they tried to add freight charges that would have drastically changed the quoted price. I cancelled the order then contacted the store owner, who offered to waive shipping if we went ahead with order. Order was placed and tile was installed. Lay out changed and more tile was needed, when the same sales person (True) was contacted, it took her most of the day to contact me and tell me that the tile I had just purchased was unavailable without ridiculous shipping costs. I did not go ahead with this order and will not be giving this business any more of my business.
