. Colorado west is HORRIBLE!!!!!! We were new to the area & needed a rental. They were nice in the beginning, until they got our money. After we moved in, we were treated like we were criminals!!! They gave us a hard time over some repairs, the yard was full of weeds when we moved in, the gutters needed cleaning & we found a bag of moldy onions in a kitchen cabinet (this was after their cleaners supposedly cleaned)!!!! Now we're having trouble getting our security deposit back. We've been told by others in town that we will have to take them to court for our money back.
They make you jump through hoops when you move out-I even had to take a receipt to show that I paid for carpet cleaning!! I would NOT reccommend them to ANYBODY!!
There are much nicer people to rent from in Montrose, without using Colorado West!
