The controller circuitry was improperly installed, resulting in a failure of the system to perform as expected. It appears from the system and control information that I have, that the system was not designed correctly. Correction of the control circuitry by others confirms this assertion. This may have been an unfortunate error, but I would recommend that any contract for work with this firm include a warranty of operability to insure correct function.
