Nationally Certified. I find it so extremely important that the report be as comprehensive as to including any and all issues. With my 40+ years of experience in the construction business it would be very difficult to trust others to produce a report for a home buyer possibly making the largest financial decision of their lifetime. I will continue to provide the most comprehensive and complete report possible.

Testing for lead paint, Domestic water, septic system, private wells, Sprinkler systems, residential pools, sound systems, IT wiring, building value, appraisal, Washer/dryers, and other items that are covered in our book of standards produced by NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
