I had purchased a house in South Fork that had been used mostly during the summer. The good news was that the furnace was sized correctly. The base board hot water radiators were undersized and could not keep up when it was cold. By the time I realized this it was late November. I needed the house warm for the Christmas holidays. Working with Greg Brumley was great. He came in and figured out that the furnace was not the problem, but the base boards were under size. Within a week the new design was complete and parts were on order. Within another three weeks the old base board heaters were removed and new ones installed in time for Christmas. Greg really helped reduce my stress in this short time window by good communication and making this project his top priority. Since the getting this project done I have contacted him on a couple of other issues and he is always willing to provide advice. I will call him again for help in the future.
