However, they showed a lack of respect for the property and the property owner. Two specific requests that i made were completely ignored, including to not unplug the refrigerator if/when they had to pull it away from the wall (even though i had attached an extension cord to it). They insisted on trying to remove a support for a wall shelf and damaged it in the process. They somehow managed to lose a slat from a window blind that they removed. Additionally, their reps were unresponsive after the job was completed; an email to their "manager" got no reply, as did a request to the point person handling the on-site work for a receipt showing final payment and zero balance. i've been second guessing myself for hiring this company based simply on a lower quote than i got from another company."
