Very responsive team of professionals, great at communicating and reasonably priced.

I usually do not leave comments like this, however I felt this was needed to help prevent others from the same experience I had. Alex Miller (owner) was prompt with an estimate coming in second highest out of 5 estimates done. He started off by bashing other contractors for what they may say or do, but in the end he did pretty much what he was bashing the others for. Upon completion (day 3 of painting) I made a quick walk around and found numerous areas in need of touch up, especially ALL of the outside doors/frames. There was also significant overspray on many windows as well as our 2 brand new (1 month old) outdoor ($27,000) AC units outside that were not protected when spraying. There was also a significantly damaged evergreen by the house that looked like someone fell onto or just stepped on as this was definitely not like it at the start of the job. The workers dumped some metal paint on the grass far removed from where that was used as well as 2 other spots on the grass which is now dead. Seems like they just did not care or respect the property and when pointed out to the Production Manager he was not too concerned as to the damage done. They should have had a discard container for washing the excess paint or to dump and take away, but did not. He also mentioned that there were some workers on the job that even he did not know, which is NOT what was advertised as to the quality of workers and workmanship expected. When washing and carrying paint or brushes down the entire driveway they were swinging them and left paint down the entire length that did not go away with water or rain. It took that same crew 3 additional attempts over a few weeks to get the job marginally acceptable, each time redoing what was already done. One of the door/frames still looks like a 2nd grader painted it as they did not prep or scrape old paint on the door or frame. It appears that the owner or the production manager were more concerned about getting the full payment than the quality of the job or work preformed. They had new and unexperienced workers without supervision or mentoring. To this day the owner (Alex Miller) has never personally came by to see what was or was nt done as well as address the quality of the work. ZERO communication from him other than wanting to get paid. With all of this said I can not in good conscience give a recommendation to someone I like to use this painting contractor. Maybe they have too many jobs and no concern for doing a good job for customers. This is a shame as in doing my due diligence initially the reviews I read were good, and for almost $7000 I could have saved almost $1500 with one of the other contractors and would have got a better job as it could not get any worse. Where is the pride in work done!!

I think that maybe a little work on their customer service, but the quality of the work was great.

The foreman had a crew of three painters show, original date anticipated had to be changed because of wet weather, but the guys showed up on Saturday and completed the entire job that day and did an EXCELLENT job - highly recommend to others

Did a very good job on a complicated home design with high scaffolds on the exterior of the home. When they realized the color was not a perfect match, they re-tinted the stain to ensure it was perfect not only the home exterior but also our deck. Did a perfect job of cleaning up after the work and it was done very timely and professionally. Well communicated quote and very clear what was in scope of the project with no ambiguity of the work deliverable. Strongly recommend

They came out promptly and gave a good bid. The crew came out and did the job in a day. Got a little paint on a window and left a bit of masking tape but overall I am satisfied.

Very easy to work with. An estimate was sent to me within hours of showing Tracy the rooms that needed to be painted.

I wasn't quite ready for them and they pitched in and made it happen. They moved through the house like they knew what they were doing and I tried to help where I could... I would recommend them.

Tracy was very professional on the phone and when he came out to give the bid. He was knowledgeable about paints and estimated quickly. The 2 men who did the job were professional, friendly and did a great job. They had to remove wallpaper from 2 rooms and paint 4 rooms. They cleaned up and left the house beautiful.

Five star painted both the entire inside and outside of the house. Workers worked fast and cleanly. Ernesto and Tracy were a pleasure to work with and we are already working with them on other projects. The house is a whole new place!

Five Star was wonderful. I worked with a sales man who listened to my needs and provided a thorough description of the full process. From power washing through to painting. It was also easy to schedule several appointments with them as I wanted a color consultation. I would definitely recommend Five Star for the value- i knocked off half a star for the work as I did have a large flower bed that was partially dismantled to paint the house. The flowers did get trampled and the bricks did not get put back together. Other than that- it was great work!

Painters were subcontractors for Five Star Painting, but they knew what they were doing and did a very good job.

I have rentals and needed a great painter. These guys are great!!! Listened to what I wanted done and did the job exactly as discussed at a great price. I highly recommend!!

I found them easy to work with. They worked around my schedule. I didn't have to take any time off work. They offered quality work at a fair price. I would recommend them for anyone to use them on their next paint project.

Tracy was great to work with! He got the project started on time and even finished early. There were a few touch-ups that needed to be done and he was quick to take care of everything.
