I would not trust any other plumber to do my plumbing. Galen is very nice and is looks for the most effective and cheapest solution to a problem. I have been using his services for probably 5 years. He is great at repairs and maintenance, but he won't always do installs because he has so much repair business.

He was very thorough and meticulous. He is a very nice man. He has been in plumbing from past thirty years. He is very experienced. He is local. He knows what he is doing. I would use him in the future.

HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. THE PRICE SEEMED A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT HE WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

We had trouble with the toilets clogging, so we decided to get new toilets (since they were coming out anyway for a tile install) that have a power flush. They are so nice now! Other than the fact that they work so great now, you'd never know he was here. He purchased the toilets (Kohler) and installed them. I'll be having him back to install a sink in the laundry room. He's helping me find a new sink that will fit in the existing hole (a previous handyman cut the hole too big for any standard size sink). Very helpful and good with suggestions at a cost savings.

We have always found Galen to be very reliable, dependable and to provide excellent service. He has done plumbing at our house for years and has always done an excellent job.

"THE MEMBER WAS GIVEN THE PRICE FOR THE JOB WELL BEFORE MY PART OF THE PROJECT BEGAN. THE WORK WAS DONE SO AS TO BEST FIT INTO HIS SCHEDULING, KEEP HIS DOWN TIME TO A MINIMUM, MEET THE INSPECTION SCHEDULE, AND RESTORE GAS SERVICE TO THE HOME. "FREE ADVICE" & OPINION WAS GIVEN ALONG THE WAY CONCERNING THE PLUMBING & MECHANICAL WORK THE MEMBER WAS DOING HIMSELF. THE JOB TOOK MORE TIME THAN WAS ESTIMATED, BUT THE PRICE TO THE CUSTOMER REMAINED THE SAME."

We have used Galen Smith (owner) numerous times with our plumbing problems and would prefer to never use anyone else. He has always been accurate in his assessment of the problem, fast and proficient in completing the job and we have always been satisfied with his work and charges. Highly recommend.
