Jason and Ryan assessed the job with me to determine desired coverage, ideal camera location and number, and DVR location.  I accepted their very reasonable quote and agreed on an install date.   They arrived as promised Monday morning and from initial preparation, drilling the holes, running the cabling, to camera mounting, adjusting and DVR setup -- every facet was performed professionally and efficiently.  They really go above and beyond expectations to ensure a neat and clean install.
A few days later, I noticed one of the cameras was intermittently on and off when viewing via internet connection.  I emailed Jason, he responded the next day, stopped by and replaced a small connector to resolve the issue.  Also helped me refine my computer setup so snapshots could be taken and stored on the hard drive.

Jason and his associate arrived early. They were very approachable and listened to our concerns . They found more issues that needed addressing . We were very impressed with their knowledge and eagerness to find the problems and fix them. They installed the new TV, repaired the surround sound and reprogrammed the remote. We also requested an estimate for future work. We were very happy with the final cost.

I searched long and far to find a local company that could install a home security system. After several attempts with other security system businesses, NSC rose high above the rest. Especially in terms of their responsiveness, willingness to meet specifications, and their dependability. They're a great outfit to do business with.

They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up when they were done.  They were courteous. They outlined the options before they began the job and discussed with us anything that didn't go according to the plan so that we could review solutions. They did extra work drilling through cross members in the wall, but they charged me only the original estimate.  We were quite pleased with the results.
